چکیده
Hepatopulmonary syndrome is a severe complication of chronic liver diseases, significantly reducing the quality and duration patient’s lives, pathogenetic manifestation which hypoxemia intrapulmonary vasodilation. The disease widespread enough: according to some authors, up 35 % patients with terminal stage damage suffer from this syndrome. main clinical progressive dyspnea possible occurrence platypnea orthodexia. Diagnosis difficult, since “gold standard” — transthoracic echocardiography intravenous injection contrast agent an invasive procedure requiring specific equipment, that’s why it poorly used in medical institutions Russian Federation. Physical examination as additional method, we see dyspnea, cyanosis, spider nevi, digital clubbing, but these manifestations are not highly specific. Therefore, there urgent need for minimally invasive, diagnostic methods markers that can provide early verification diagnosis. This review presents data on prevalence, pathogenesis, presentation, diagnosis treatment aim structure current accumulated experience earlier accordingly, apply optimal management tactics pathology. Liver transplantation currently effective method treatment. Patients hepatopulmonary who underwent have been proven better survival rate.

متن کاملClinical Significance of Serum TNF-a and IL-6 Levels in Patients with Metabolic Syndrome
Background: Several components of metabolic syndrome (MetS) facilitate its diagnosis, including abdominal obesity, hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure, and insulin resistance. The production of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) seem to be associated with MetS components. The aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation between the serum levels...

متن کاملPrevalence of Adenocortical Insufficiency in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis, Liver Cirrhosis with Septic Shock and in Patients with Hepatorenal Syndrome
Critical illness is accompanied by the activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, which is highlighted by increased serum corticotropin and cortisol levels. In patients with severe sepsis, the integrity of the HPA axis can be impaired by a variety of mechanisms. These patients typically have an exaggerated proinflammatory response and are considered to be relatively corticoste...
